This loft conversion and kitchen extension in Mitcham was completed by Oliver Edwards Developments for a lovely couple expecting their first baby. Working within a strict schedule was a priority. As with all of our projects, we provided a full time site manager, ensuring the project was completed on time.

The loft conversion in Sutton was of the highest specification, with data cables throughout the property, integrated ceiling speakers in every room and velux windows that open using a mobile phone application.

With this rear extension and complete refurbishment of a bungalow in Cheam we started by taking down all internal walls and stripping out all existing floor joists, leaving us with a blank canvas. We moved onto the ground work, extracting soil and pouring new foundations for a four meter extension. We then fitted steel supports

This beautiful property in Beckenham is situated in a conservation area with very strict planning rules. As part of our design and build package, our in-house architect liaised with the client to ensure full planning permission with a design the client was happy with. With many extensions extensive alterations are required to the existing house, allowing
