We carried out a full refurbishment of this beautiful flat opposite Battersea Park. We stripped out the entire kitchen and bathroom, include all tiling and flooring. A new floor joist was added to the kitchen, levelling what was previously a split level and providing a more spacious feel, a new "Clerkenwell" kitchen was fitted.

The Battersea flat was completely re-plumbed, removing the old plumbing and replacing with new, including a new boiler with a 10 year guarantee.  The old wiring was stripped out and the flat was completely rewired.

A brand new bathroom was installed, finished with porcelain tiles and Grohe sanitary ware.

The newly refurbished flat in Battersea had a new steel supported rear wall and fitted bi-folding doors were added, running seamlessly onto the terrace.

We fitted new sash windows throughout the flat and the project was finished with engineered flooring.
