A rear extension in Norbury, not without it's complications. Our first priority was to protect the clients property, the house is mid-terraced and our only access was through the dining room via the hallway. Great care was taken throughout the project to look after our client's property.

The kitchen extension in Norbury was the full width of the property and four meters deep. The rear wall was removed and we fitted a "goal post" steel construction. We also removed the dividing wall between the galley kitchen and dining room, giving us a great space to install a ground floor cloakroom.

We installed full width aluminium bi-folding doors (with a 20 year guarantee) and an electric flat glass roof glass panel. The panel has wireless controls and rain censors enabling the client to shut the window if they were caught out by poor weather.

The project was finished with vinyl "click" flooring, it is waterproof and offers a 10 year guarantee. Oliver Edwards Developments supplied and installed a charcoal gloss kitchen and quartz worktops. We also carried out exterior landscaping works in the form of a retaining wall and 18 square meter paved area. This external space works seamlessly with the full width bi-folding doors.
