This beautiful property in Beckenham is situated in a conservation area with very strict planning rules. As part of our design and build package, our in-house architect liaised with the client to ensure full planning permission with a design the client was happy with.

With many extensions extensive alterations are required to the existing house, allowing the extension to naturally flow with the existing layout. The clients at this kitchen extension in Beckenham were living in the property at the time of construction, so keeping the site safe and tidy was a primary objective, as it is with all projects.

This was a 16 week project. Working closely with the client, we managed to create an outstanding entertaining area, with a bespoke handmade kitchen, underfloor heating and 75 square metres of porcelain floor tiles. The floor-to-ceiling slimline door and bespoke roof lantern allow natural light to flood through this new space.

Another area of this project consisted of a garage extension and utility room. We fitted a new boiler and Megaflow tank with a 10 year parts and labour guarantee.
