This 24-week project delivered a striking single storey rear wrap-around extension, transforming the ground floor into a spacious and versatile living environment.
The extension created a generous open-plan kitchen, dining and family room, with the addition of a utility room, ground floor cloakroom, and a welcoming porch. A crown roof with rooflights brings in natural light, while large sliding doors open directly onto the garden.
Throughout the ground floor, a full underfloor heating system was installed, finished with elegant Karndean herringbone flooring for a premium feel. Externally, a clean silicon render finish modernises the appearance of the property, while new porcelain paving to the rear and side alleyway enhances the outdoor space and creates a seamless flow between indoors and out.
The completed project has provided the homeowners with a bright, modern and practical home, balancing open-plan living with useful additions that improve everyday family life.
